Constructed of polished stainless steel, the long slender cutting surface measures 8 by 1 inches, and produces medium-sized ribbons from its 3/8-inch blade openings. Perfect for semi-hard cheeses and chocolate, Microplane’s tool works equally well grating pie-crust butter or shredding coleslaw cabbage. The handle, constructed of durable black plastic, contours to the hand for a comfortable hold, and features an open loop providing the option of hanging storage.
